#BookBucketChallenge

Here's my list of my top favourite books in no particular order.. Believe me, it's so difficult to choose just 10 books!!

1. Harry Potter 1,2,3,4: Magical they were :) All's well that end's well though
2. Inferno, Dan Brown: Made me wonder about the population situation. Even Angels and Demons, Da Vinci Code and their descriptions, you feel like you are helping Robert Langdon.
3. Fountain Head, Ayn Rand: Very strong characters, both Howard Roark and Dominique Francon.. Learnt from Howard Roark how to be passionate about your career and stand by it despite what the society says.
4. The whole Famous Five series by Enid Blyton: Best descriptions about food  and my first taste with the adventure genre.
5. The Nancy Drew series by Carolyn Keene: Something about Nancy Drew, Beth and George's friendship..and certain innocence..Fond memories in my schooling were filled with reading these books..
6. Any P. G. Wodehouse novel..that witty humour, that "essence" only a Wodehouse novel possesses..inspired many misidentity and miscommunication stories in movies I'm sure..
7. A Prisoner of Birth by Jeffrey Archer: I realised that even the last sentence of a novel can have such a huge impact.
8. Blindsight by Robin Cook: Introduced me to the completely different world of Medical Thrillers..Made me think about one of my most respected professions..
9. Airport by Arthur Hailey: So wonderfully written, even the events that take place in a day or two in a span of about 500 pages won't bore you..One of my best reads and recommends..
10. My most recent read in the whole list..This book was just pure genius..The curious incident of the dog in the night-time by Mark Haddon: My whole perception of the world changed after reading this one..How an autistic child thinks made me realise our definition of a "genius" has some flaws..

Special mention to: A walk to remember (Nicholas Sparks), P. S. I love you (Cecilia Ahern and Oliver's story (Erich Segal) for the heart-touching stories of lost love.. There was a certain honesty in the writing
